| Abstract: | In the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities,special attention should be to it paid to four principles,namely,tak- ing human resource as the first resource,putting talented personnel under our Party s control,taking people as anima,and working healthily,because they are new issues raised in new times and new situation,and they are also inexorable choices for the healthy development of the construction of teaching staff. |
