| Abstract: | The reformation of land tenure is a heated topic for discussion in the field of theoretics.It is the recension of Law of Land Management that places the topic on the path to the order of the day.As a famous saying goes-gain and loss can be reflected in the mirror of history.The outlining for the types of land tenure can bring it into the use of reference for the current reformation of land tenure in China. |
