| 摘 要： | 上世纪八十年代末，邓小平提出的“韬光养晦”的外交战略，为中国赢得了和平的国际环境。经过二十多年的快速发展，中国综合国力及国际地位显著提高，但中国与美国的实力差距仍然十分悬殊，中国所面对的国际环境仍然有许多不利因素，与此同时，中国自身的发展同样面临着诸多困境。因此，中国尚须继续奉行“韬光养晦”外交战略。

| Abstract: | At the end of 1980＇s, with the bing modest foreign poliey,Deng xiaoping came out with, China got a peaceful external circumstance. Since 1989, the uninterrupted rapid development of China has strengthened its comprehensive national power and heightened its international place. The truth is that the comprehensive power of China is much weaker than that of U. S. A. , and China faces up a very severe international environment meanwhile China has got Lots of inner troubles. Therefore, China needs to keep the diplomatic strategy of being modest. |
