研究生创新能力培养的制约因素及建议

研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心内容，但现行的研究生培养工作与知识经济时代对人才的要求相比还有一定差距，研究生创新能力培养还面临不少制约因素。从创新意识、人才选拔、知识结构、学术交流、导师队伍等角度提炼出五种主要因素，并相应提出了研究生创新能力培养的建议。

Constraints and Recommendations on Cultivation of the Graduate Students' Creativity

Cultivation of the graduate students' creativity is the core content of graduate education,while it lags far behind demand for talents in Knowledge Economy Era,and is still faced with many constraints. It advances five constraints in this paper from the per-spective of awareness of innovation,talent selection,knowledge structure,academic exchanges and supervisor impact. At last,it puts forth the corresponding proposals for creativity cultivation.
