关于流程再造理论的缺陷分析及改进思考

本文认为流程再造理论的主要缺陷是假设前提不切合实际、流程定义过于宽泛、未能体现系统论的基本要求等，其改进方向——流程管理理论的基本内容，包括研究对象、流程定义、流程分类的基本框架、流程识别方法、流程关系确定方法等。流程管理理论的应用可为组织的高层管理者把握组织体系运行的内在逻辑提供基本的分析工具和方法，也为有机整合多重管理体系认证或监管要求提供了体系设计方法。

Analysis of Business Process Reengineering Theory: Defect and Improvement

As the early hypothesis of Business Process Reengineering is out of real,the definition of process is too broad and can not realize the system theory, this paper exploits the improved way that is the content of the Business Process Management Theory which consists of the research object,definition of the process,basic framwork of the process classification,process identifying methods,the constitute methods of the process relationship,and so on.It is important for it not only provide the manager a basic analysis method to understand the intrinsic logic but also provide design method to integrate the multiple management system certificated or monitoring requirement.
