| Abstract: | The grain issue is so important due to its effect on the national economy and the peoples livelihood. The current global grain crisis sweeps across the world.The situation of grain production in China is not so optimistic.Heilongjiang Province,as the major grain-producing areas and the important commodity grain base of China,should take advantage of agricultural production and make great contributions to safeguard national food security. |
