热研3号俯仰臂形草光合日动态的研究

摘    要:使用LI-6400便携式光合分析仪对热研3号俯仰臂形草的光合日动态进行了测定.结果表明,热研3号俯仰臂形草的净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈双峰型,蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)变化趋势与Pn相似.Pn与光合有效辐射(PAR)和Gs的相关程度均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01).PAR是影响光合作用最为强烈的环境因子,而Tr是受环境因子控制最为显著的生理参数.数据显示,热研3号俯仰臂形草是一种高光效植物.

Abstract:Portable photosynthetic system was employed to determinate the photosynthetics of Brachiaria decumbens cv.Reyan No.3.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of B.decumbens cv.Reyan No.3 had a diurnal change with two peaks.Transpiration rate(Tr) and stomatal conductance(Gs) were similar with Pn.There was a significant positive correlation between Pn and photosynthetic active radiation(PAR)(P<0.01),Gs(P<0.01).PAR had most intensive effect on the Pn,while Tr was most sensitive to the environmental factors.The data showed that B.decumbens cv.Reyan No.3 is a plant with high light use efficiency.
