中国古代统治者遏制腐败的七项措施

中国远在奴隶制时代，就已经有了腐败现象。随着岁月的嬗递与朝代的更迭，腐败有愈演愈烈之势，奴隶主和封建统治者为了避免社稷覆亡的厄运，有效地遏制腐败，经过数千年的积累，我国古代已经制订出了一套比较完善的反腐倡廉措施，如制定律令，约束官员；官员以身作则，提倡节俭；严惩贪污，奖掖清廉；考核官员，审慎用人；异地做官，实行回避；荐官贪滥，须受连坐；执法公平，抑制特权。
