| 摘 要： | 生态环境的安全性是能源安全问题的一个重要方面,在能源开采与利用中生态环境的安全与否不仅影响到能源安全,也影响到经济安全和人类的生存安全。文章在分析能源生产利用对生态环境影响的基础上,指出了我国能源生态环境中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The biological environment safety is a very important factor in the energy resource development.It does not only affect the energy resource safety,but also more importantly affect the safety of social economic development and living condition.This paper points out a serious of problems in the energy resource development based on the analysis of the direct impact to the biological environment from the energy resource industry activities.It also provides a few effectives strategies to deal with the problems. |
