| Abstract: | International administrative tribunals are the＂courts＂to judge the staff cases of international organizations.Comparing with other international judicial organs,international administrative tribunals have their special practices in jurisdiction.Our study will focus on these practices and reveal that the jurisdiction of international tribunals is limited,automatic and mandatory. |
