| 摘 要： | 文章运用组织承诺结构的五因素模型,采取问卷形式,对河北省高校教师的组织承诺水平进行了调查研究,定量描述了感情承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺、经济承诺和机会承诺五个构成要素的现状,并对其成因进行了简要分析.

| Abstract: | Adopting the five elements structure model of organizational commitment,the paper studied the level of organizational commitment of the universities' teachers from HeBei province by means of questionnaire.It described quantitatively the situation of teachers' collectivity commitment,the ideal commitment,the economic commitment,the affective commitment and the normative commitment,and analyzed the reasons briefly. |
