| 摘 要： | 政绩是为政者在任职期间创造的业绩。政府政绩综合评价是通过数量比较对为政者在任职期间所创业绩作出明确、全面的评定。政府政绩综合评价是行政管理领域的重大课题 ,也是统计学界的一个世界性难题。长期以来 ,无数专家学者殚精竭虑 ,试图寻找出一种简明实用的政府政绩的综合评价方法 ,然而 ,迄今为止尚未获得令人满意的结果。政府政绩综合评价的关键是指标体系的构建 ,本文将通过政府政绩综合评价指标体系的构建、拟合和实证分析 ,对政府政绩综合评价方法作一探索

| Abstract: | The government performances are the achievements in government officials' career. The government performances are clearly assessed by the quantity comparison. The key of the evaluating of government performances is how to set up the indicator system. This article will study the integrated evaluation indicator system of government performances. |
