| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省实现经济和社会全面发展的必由之路是走新型工业化道路。而新型工业化意味着我们要遵循比较优势发展战略来实现产业结构的调整,并在经济发展的每个阶段都充分发挥比较优势,包括内生比较优势和外生比较优势,进而使黑龙江省的要素禀赋结构与发达地区不断接近,最终实现黑龙江省产业结构和技术结构的不断升级。

| Abstract: | The only way for Heilongjiang province to realize China all-round development of economy and society is to take the new-road of industrialization.This requires us to follow the development strategy of comparative advantage to realize the adjustment of the industrial structure,and give full play to comparative advantage during each stage of economic development,including internal comparative advantage and external comparative advantage,through which we should make the factor endowment structure of Heilongjiang province approach the level of the developed area and finally realize the updating of industrial structure and technological structure of Heilongjiang province. |
