跨文化日耳曼学视野下的饮食文化学研究

近二十年来,跨文化日耳曼学视野下的饮食文化学研究在维尔拉赫教授的领导和大力推动下,在世界范围内蓬勃发展起来,但国内学界尚未涉足该领域的研究。本文将试图从其研究出发点和研究目标、研究价值、研究现状以及潜在的教学和研究领域等几方面入手,希望能在理论推介方面做出一些贡献,进一步激发国内学界对这一研究课题的兴趣。
