摘    要:造成A公司企业员工流失的主要原因有:销售工作压力大,公司没有实行绩效管理,激励手段单一,没有给员工进行相关的职业生涯规划等。打造一支稳定的队伍,必须有以下相关激励措施,即:薪酬激励,晋升激励,缓压激励,培训激励,榜样激励,目标激励。

Abstract:The main reasons of sales staff leave from company A mainly include big pressure, no performance management, tedium incentive measures and lacking of profession career planning. In order to build a stable sales team, enterprises should practise relevance incentive measures including salary incentive, promotion incentive, pressure-relieving incentive, training incentive, model incentive, goal incentive, and so on.
