全球英语语境下汉语话语权的缺失与构建

话语权受到国家的经济、政治、文化、人口、语言等因素的影响,事关国家的安全。汉语的＂大国小话语权＂的状况令国人堪忧。文章基于语言分析的视角,从全球英语语境下分析汉语话语权缺失的原因,从学术话语、网络话语、母语教育等方面来讨论汉语话语权缺失的表现形式,以期通过诸多途径构建汉语的话语权,从而实现将中华文化传播于世界的目标。

On the Absence and Construction of Chinese Utterance Right in the Context of Global English

As is known to all, utterance right is affected by many factors, such as economy, polities, culture, population and languages, which is critical to the safety and security of a nation. Thus, the condition of Chinese language＇s ＂ a large nation with little utterance right＂ has become a disturbance for most Chinese people. In this paper, the forms of utterance right loss such as the academ- ic utterance right, the network utterance right, the native language education right, have been discussed in the context of global English with the expectation that Chinese culture will be well understood , appreciated and spread all over the world through the various ways of constructing Chinese utterance right.
