| 摘 要： | 古代西方混合政体理论发展到近代遇到主权论的挑战,主权论认为权力是不可分割的,即使是古代,权力也统一于某一个阶级手上。为应对主权论的挑战,近代分权理论应运而生,它可以解释这样一种现实,即权力虽统一于某个阶级手上,但它仍然被制度性地分散到国家各机构中去。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The ancient western theory of mixed system met the challenges of sovereignty when developing into the modern time. Sovereignty claims that power is inseparable, even in ancient times, power is unified in the hands of a class. In order to cope with the challenges of sovereignty theory, the modern theory of separation of powers emerges, which can explain such a reality that the power is unified in the hands of a class, but power is still divided into various agencies. |
