| 摘 要： | 法律术语是具有法律专业特点的行业词语,法律术语的翻译是法律翻译的核心问题.本文针对法律术语误译现象,提出了法律术语翻译中应注意的对应规范问题,以便能够更好地从法律术语的本质意义出发,掌握法律术语翻译的精髓.

| Abstract: | Legal term is a professional language with legal characteristics, and it is the core issue for legal translation. By the analyses on the incorrect translation appeared in legal term translation, this paper proposes the translation standard of legal term, which will enable us to better comprehend the true meaning and manage the essence of legal term. |
