| 摘 要： | 文章针对中国加入WTO之后,美、日等发达国家的企业围绕知识产权问题接连不断对国内企业发难的事实,针对山西省企业知识产权保护意识淡漠、专利申请数量少、知识产权管理人才短缺等落后现状,提出山西要实现经济跨越式发展,地方政府以及企业就必须在加强技术创新和运用知识产权战略方面有所突破,同时对我省企业如何实施知识产权战略提出一些设想。

| Abstract: | The situation of enterprises in Shanxi,in which most managers lack protection consciousness of Intellectual Property Right(IPR) and a few patents have been applied,is discussed in this paper.It is necessary for local government and enterprise to make a breakthrough in strengthening the technology innovation and application of IPR.In the meanwhile,strategic imagination of implementing IPR in Shanxi is also proposed. |
