| 摘 要： | 目前,高职院校师资队伍中存在着人才引进与使用的矛盾、人才合理流动与可持续发展的矛盾及不同岗位角色之间的矛盾等,这些主要矛盾呼唤以人为本的管理理念,高职教育管理者应在全面分析的基础上,结合高职院校的特点,充分发挥教师的主导作用,引导他们合理进行职业生涯规划,理顺群体关系以促进群际和谐,最终达到解决矛盾的目的。
