| 摘 要： | TRIPs协定是迄今为止给予地理标识最为完善和最有影响力保护的国际公约。协定明确了地理标识的概念,给予地理标识三层次的保护,同时就与商标和通用名称的关系等方面做出了种种例外。作为地理标识的来源国,应针对这些例外作好本国地理标识的保护工作。

| Abstract: | The TRIPs Agreement is the first international treaty providing wide coverage for geographical indications and having the largest signatory membership on this issue. The Agreement clarifies the triple-leveled protection. The Agreement establishes a series of exceptions to the protection of geographical indications. The member, in which geographical indications originate, should strengthen the protection of geographical indications against the exceptions. |
