日本侵占东北时期的吉林海关

吉林省于1909年在珲春和龙井村设立了海关,开关之初就受帝国主义列强尤其是日本的控制。1931年"九·一八"事变后,日本帝国主义强行劫收了珲春和龙井村两关,又陆续在图们、集安、临江、"新京"等地设关,还打着"日满经济提携"的旗号,制定了特殊的关税制度,将吉林省与关内各省的贸易视为"外贸",而同日本的贸易却享受其"内贸"的优惠。其实质是要泯灭东北人民的民族意识和祖国观念,达到将东北从中国分离出去,为其永远占领的目的。

Jilin Customs in the Period of Japan's Invasion in Northeast China

Jilin Province has established customs in Huichun and Longjingcun in 1909, which were controlled by several imperialism nations, especially Japan at the very beginning. After "9.18 Incident" in 1931, Imperialism Japan took over the customs of Huichun and Longjingcun by force, and established customs in succession in Tumen, Ji'an, Linjiang, and "Xinjing", etc, in the name of "guide and support of economy of Japan and Manchukuo", and constituted special custom regime, regarding the trade with Jilin Province and provinces within Shanhaiguan as "foreign trade", while enjoying the favoritism of the trade with Japan as "domestic trade". The truth behind is to vanish the nationalism and patriotism of northeastern people, in order to separate northeast from China, and occupy it forever.
