| 摘 要： | 当前，我省已进入工业化中期阶段，资源与环境的“双约束”已经凸显，遵循经济社会的发展规律，加速发展第三产业已是当务之急。我省已明确提出大力发展第三产业的重大战略任务。完成这项任务，探索一条符合省情、市情，能够加速发展的路径至关重要。
