| 摘 要： | 人们对中、日两国城市发展的特点进行比较分析,会发现影响两国城市发展的主要因素包括地理位置、经济基础、产业聚集、交通设施和政府政策等。在报酬递增效应的作用下,大城市的发展速度和效率高于小城镇。因此,大城市优先发展是城市化的必由之路。

| Abstract: | By the comparison of China with Japan in the urban development procedure and characteristics respectively,it is found that the main factors affecting urban development are geography location,economical basis,industry agglomeratn taken into consideration,it is concluded that metropolitans prove to develop faster and more efficiently than small towns.Thus the author contends that the priority for urban development lies in the metropolitan development. |
