| Abstract: | The strategy of strengthening our country through talents is an important strategy of developing our economy fast.When carrying it out,we should pay special attention to coordinate the relationship of talents and economy development,talents training and the use of talents, talents stability and talents reasonable flow, talents returning from abroad and talents internal etc, which is the key to having a good talents team construction. |
