| 摘 要： | 上市公司作为资本市场的重要组成部分,对促进企业机制转换、建立现代企业制度,以及增强市场机制的调节功能、优化资源配置都有着十分重要的作用。该文以新疆兵团上市公司为对象,分析了上市公司的融资状况,得出兵团上市公司融资能力较弱的结论,在此基础提出解决对策。

| Abstract: | Listed company,as an important component of capital market,plays a very important role in promoting the change of enterprise mechanism,building modern enterprise system,as well as regulating function of strengthening market mechanism and optimizing source allocation.The paper,regarding the listed company of BINGTUAN as the research object,has analyzed the financing status of the listed company of BINGTUAN,draws the conclusion:that the finance capacity of the listed company of BINGTUAN is weak,therefore,we put forward some countermeasures. |
