| 摘 要： | 进入阶级社会之后，藏族地区便出现了法律。后历经千余年的发展演变，藏族传统法律及保证法律实施的司法制度不断得以充实、完善，并形成了一些独自的特点。通过对藏族传统司法制度形成、发展的历史轨迹及司法程序作了介绍和分析，旨在使更多的人对藏族传统司法制度有一个大致的了解。
