| Abstract: | The three representatives, presented by President Jiang Zemin, are of the beacon for the ideological propaganda in institutions of higher learning under new circumstances. Ideological workers in institutions of higher learning shall take cognizance of the mission they shoulder, and exert the advantageous functions of the ideological propaganda in conformity with the three representatives to contribute to the steady reform and development of institutions of higher learning. |
