| 摘 要： | 转制高校是指原属我国中央部委管理，通过“共建、调整、合作、合并”等管理体制改革之后，转变为由“地方管理”或“中央与地方共建、以地方管理为主”体制的高校。研究转制高校校园文化重构，对于增强转制高校办学特色，提升转制高校核心竞争力，推动我国高等教育事业发展，具有十分重要的意义。
