| 摘 要： | 上古时期人类对语言本质问题的理解与认识，初迹于东西方的一些与之相关的神话传说，生发于哲学意义上的古人对世界的认识与思索的开启。以古希腊、古印度、古代中国为代表的古代先哲们在这一时期不同程度地对其所触及到的有关语言本质问题进行了十分有益的探索，并不同程度地萌生出诸如语言工具说、语言符号说、语言本体说等诸多意识，取得了不少为后世语言哲学理论所瞩目的卓越成果。

| Abstract: | Ancient people＇ s understanding of the nature of language was first reflected in some related ancient Eastern and Western mythology and legend. The ancient philosophers represented by ancient Greek, Indian and Chinese philosophers made significant exploration into the nature of language to some degree and initiated some ideas such as ＂language as a tool＂, ＂language as a symbol＂ and ＂language ontology＂ and made some great achievement that commanded the attention of aftertime theory of linguistic philosophy. |
