北京市与国际大都市公交客运票制票价对比分析

对部分国际大都市公共交通的票制票价进行分析,将北京公交客运的票制票价与其他国际大都市进行对比,主要从基本票价、票价支出占居民收入比例,以及公交汽车票价与地铁、出租车票价的比价三个方面来研究,说明北京的票价处于一个相对较低的水平,票制也简单局限。提出北京市公共交通票制票价制度应当改革,提高公共交通票价基准水平,改变单一的票制结构,这样既能改善公共交通对财政的过分依赖,也能提高公共交通的出行效率。

The Comparison and Analysis on Public Transport Fare between Beijing and International Metropolises

According to the comparison of public transport fare between Beijing and other international metropolises,the authors clarifies the problems in three aspects： the basic charge,the proportion of fare expenditure in the total income of residents,and the price ratio of bus fares,subway fares and taxi fares.So that the paper presents that the public transport fare is cheaper and the ticket system is limited in Beijing.Given the above situation,this paper proposes a series of policies and measures for improving urban transportation development,such as reforming the public transport fare system,raising ticket prices and establishing performance benchmarks,and changing the monotonous traditional ticket system.In doing so,it not only can improve the over-reliance on public finances,but also can increase the traffic efficiency and make the traffic system improved.
