摘    要:近几年,用工荒愈演愈烈,对中小企业形成巨大冲击。跟以往不同,新的用工荒日益常态化,因为其出现有着更复杂而深刻的原因。长效解决中小企业招工难要求政府提高公共服务水平,改善民工就业环境与企业经营环境;企业不断创新发展路径,向人力资源管理与技术创新要效益;民工努力提升各种素质,找准自身定位与科学规划职业生涯。
