| 摘 要： | 产学研战略联盟是校企合作的新机制,对提高企业创新能力和高校科研水平的作用日益增强,已经受到了比较广泛的关注.淮南煤矿机械行业产学研战略联盟中有许多不足之处值得研究.因此分析了淮南市产学研战略联盟合作中的障碍因素,提出了加快构建淮南煤矿机械产学研战略联盟的措施.
