独立学院学生学习动力的激励研究

摘    要:学习动力是推动学生进行学习活动的内驱力。独立学院部分学生学习动力缺失严重,这是由独立学院学生的学习、行为习惯特点以及其家庭环境和独力学院教学工作中存在的问题导致的。这些学生虽然存在许多缺点,但他们思想活跃,潜质较好,大可造就。通过采用各种激励措施,提高学生的自我效能感及需要层次,并从外部对其进行强化,就能够有效的激发学生的学习动力,引导他们健康成才。

Abstract:Learning motive is the initial drive for students in learning. In private colleges, some undergraduates' severely lacking of learning motive is a serious problem, which results from students' learning habits and behavioral habits, their family environment as well as certain problems existing in teaching. These students still have great potential in learning although there are some shortcomings. Such measures as improving their self-efficacy and hierarchy of human needs, strengthening their surface motive so as to stimulate their learning motive and guide them to develop healthily.
