| 摘 要： | 牢骚是个人对事物对各种社会现象的认识在情感上的表现 ,牢骚是一种普遍的社会现象 ,任何群体 ,大到整个社会 ,小到一个小组 ,都有可能存在各种各样的牢骚。牢骚作为一种批评方式 ,往往带有强烈的情绪色彩。根据牢骚的特点及可能产生的破坏作用以及可能隐含的丰富信息 ,每一个群体的领导者都应该重视并认真研究疏导的对策。

| Abstract: | Complaint is a person's feeling in knowing various phenomenons of the souety. Complaints exist universally. There may be various complaints in every crowd from a group to all society.Complaint is regarded as a form of criticism. They often express strong mood. The leader of every crowd should attach importance to it and study the complaints in his unit and try to find the countermeasures. |
