| 摘 要： | 特色文化建设是新建地方本科院校的必然选择。面对同构性与多样性并存、低层次性与可塑性并存、人文性与功利性并存的特色文化建设,新建地方本科院校只有以服务地方为依托,确立办学理念特色;以人才培养为着力点,打造学科专业特色;以校训为切入点,营造校园文化特色等等,才能更好的生存和发展。
