| Abstract: | Based on the angle of party politics,the proper settlement of three types of relations,namely,the relation between the general ruling law of parties in power and the special ruling law of Chinese Communist Party(CPC),the relation between the ruling law and law about socialist building that CPC follows and the development law of human society,and the relation between the basic law and specific law for CPC's ruling,is quite imperative if CPC is to deepen its understanding of ruling law,sum up gains and losses about its administration,and safeguard its ruling. |
