近十年来我国青少年犯罪研究综述

近十年,我国青少年犯罪研究重点集中于青少年犯罪现状、犯罪特征、犯罪原因以及犯罪预防这四个方面。多数学者根据青少年犯罪的现状来概括犯罪特征,并从网络、社会环境、文化与社会排斥等方面分析青少年犯罪的原因,提出完善立法、净化社会环境、刑罚矫正与有效社区管理等预防和治理措施。这些已有的研究成果将给我们进一步研究青少年犯罪带来很好的借鉴作用。

Review of China＇s Juvenile Crime in Recent Decade

In the recent decade the research on juvenile crime in China was focused on four related-aspects: status quo,characteristics,causes and prevention.A majority of scholars summed up the characteristics of juvenile crime based on its status quo,then analyzing the causes from the influence of Internet,social environment,cultural and social exclusion and so on.And measures concerning prevention and control of juvenile crime are put forward including perfecting legislation,cleaning up the social environment,implementing corrective punishment and the effective community management.These research findings will be conducive to further research on juvenile crime.
