| 摘 要： | 民族院校的和谐校园建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。工会的维护教职工权益、建立和谐民族关系、加强民主管理以及以人为本的工作是和谐校园建设的重要内涵、特殊要求、重要渠道和核心内容。民族院校的工会要充分发挥桥梁和纽带作用、学校各项工作的主力军作用,根据民族院校的特点认真做好民族工作,增强民族团结和互助,推进和谐民族校园建设,为构建社会主义和谐社会做出积极的贡献。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious campus is an important part of constructing harmonious socialist society.Safeguarding the rights of the staff,constructing harmonious ethnic relation,strengthening democratic administration is the core content of labor union's work.The labor union should exert the function as the bridge between the party and the mass,the function of the main force of all the work of the university for ethnic groups well according to the characteristics,and,do contribution for the constructing a harmonious socialist society. |
