| 摘 要： | 旅行社是旅游企业发展的龙头,经营旅行社已进入一个微利时代,为了保证旅游市场的有序竞争,顺应和谐社会的发展需求,需构建旅行社与导游员和谐关系的宏观环境,为游客提供一个良好的服务环境,最终实现整个旅游业的健康可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Travel services play a loading role in travel industry and its management is entering into an era of profits.In maintaining orderly competition in tour market,it is nesessary to build a harmonious macro-environment between travel services and guiders,which offer travelers a good service environment and finally carry out the continous health development of the whole tour industry. |
