| 摘 要： | 农产品关税减让是WTO框架中市场准人的重要内容，也是新一轮农业谈判的关键议题之一。以主要谈判方提出的农产品关税减让模式为基础，利用农业贸易政策模拟模型（Agricultural Trade Policy Simulation Model）对主要成员国农产品贸易进行定量分析。结果表明：关税减让改革将使世界农产品价格上升，从而刺激发展中国家的农业生产，并改善其贸易状况；而欧盟的农业生产将大幅减少，农产品进口增加，农产品贸易平衡将恶化。
