地方高校高等教育研究机构的困境与出路

我国地方高校的高等教育研究机构主要是在改革开放以后逐步发展壮大起来的。目前,地方高校的高等教育研究机构面临着重视程度不够、经费投入有限、研究队伍不强、研究成果滞后的困境。文章认为,加强队伍建设,促进持续发展;发挥“五个”作用,做好服务工作;加强交流协作,整合研究资源;完善规章制度,激发工作热情是进一步加强地方高校高等教育研究机构建设的有效途径。

On the Predicament and Solutions of Research Institutions in Regional Colleges

The reform and open to the world policy see the development of research institutions of higher education in regional colleges.However,these institutions plunge into a predicament recently:they do not get enough attention and sufficient funds;nor do they have high academic research team and great achievement.This paper makes efforts put forward some effective approaches: 1.improve their team building,2.promote its sustainable development,3.bring into full play of "five roles",4.upgrade coordination and communication,5.integrate research resources,consummate rules and regulations,and inspire working passion.
