| Abstract: | Chen Qiu,one representative early reformer in Chinese modern history,proposed that the people's mind should be opened,the imperial examination system should be reformed,and both medical education and commercial education should be strengthened.His thoughts of saving country by education demonstrated the epochal and advanced character and served as the precursor of the thoughts in that era. |
