| 摘 要： | 当前国际金融危机严重冲击着大学生的就业市场,给高校毕业生的就业及高校就业指导工作的开展带来了极大影响。具体表现在就业岗位数萎缩,毕业生心理压力增大,高校就业指导工作更加困难等方面,因此必须多管齐下,从人才培养结构的优化,择业观念的转变,提高信息服务水平等多方面采取措施,促进高校大学生就业。

| Abstract: | Currently,the international financial crisis has great impacts on job market for college students,affecting the employment of the graduates and the implement of the employment guidance.Based on the analysis of employment circumstance,job market and graduates’ psychology,the essay explores the feasible measures to deal with the employment challenge brought by the financial crisis,with a hope that these measures will be helpful to the graduates’ employment and the employment guidance. |
