| 摘 要： | 社会资本在农民就业转移中的作用日益明显。强关系-弱关系、结构洞和社会资源理论分别关注了社会资本积累过程中的不同点，而且他们对农民就业转移的作用机理也不尽相同。现阶段，农民通过维护以血缘、地缘为中心的强关系，拓展以学缘、业缘为中心的弱关系，争取由政策提供的公共产品等途径累积就业转移所需的社会资本。

| Abstract: | Social capital proves to have increasing effects on peasants＇ employment transfer. The theo- ries of strong-weak ties, Structural Holes and social resource respectively concern the different features in the course of social capital accumulation and exert influence on peasants＇ employment transfer in different ways. Peasants are currently accumulating their social capital demanded by employment transfer through maintaining the strong ties of blood kinship and geographical relationship, developing the weak ties based on education and occupation, and obtaining policy-supported public products. |
