基于数据包络分析方法(DEA)的电商行业上市公司效率研究

面对经济下行压力，运营效率已经成为企业成功与否的关键因素。本研究选取员工人数、主营业务成本、总资产为投入指标，选取主营业务收入、净利润为产出指标，然后运用数据包络分析方法(Data Envelopment Analysis，DEA)对我国26个电商行业上市公司的效率进行评价和分析。从总体上看，这些公司具有较高的投入产出效率，其中9个公司达到了数据包络分析有效，并对相对无效率的公司提出了改进的建议。通过本研究，可以判断电商行业已基本完成市场瓜分，国家应出台相应政策措施，进一步推动农业电商的健康发展。

On the Efficiency of China's Listed Companies in E-Commerce Industry Based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Approach

Facing the economic downward pressure, efficiency has played a key role in a company's performance. This paper analyses the efficiency of China's listed companies in E-commerce industry. The number of staff, operating costs, and total assets are selected as the inputs whilst prime operating revenue, net profit are chosen as the outputs. This paper based on those indicators evaluates the efficiency of the 26 companies. On the whole, those companies are of good performance in terms of efficiency, of which 9 companies get better efficiency. This paper puts forward some suggestions on improvement for these relative low efficient companies. The data shows that the market has almost been occupied by existing companies, which means that it would be difficult for the new ones. It is suggested that the government should introduce some corresponding policies and measures to promote the agricultural E-commerce to maintain a sustained and sound development.
