关于培育大学生法治思维的思考——高校应加强“思想品德修养与法律基础”课的教学

“思想品德修养与法律基础”课是培育大学生法治思维的重要渠道。培育大学生的法治思维是建设社会主义法治国家的内在要求。文章就如何通过加强“思想品德修养与法律基础”课的教学来培养大学生的法治思维这一问题进行了探讨。文章认为，目前应着力培养起大学生遵从法律权威等四种基本的法治思维，并在此基础上，提出了通过优化和改进“思想品德修养与法律基础”课程的教学方法、提升“思想品德修养与法律基础”课程教育主体的适应技能、革新“思想品德修养与法律基础”课程考核体系等措施来卓有成效地培养大学生的法治思维。

On the College Students' Legal Thinking Ability: the Course of "Cultivation of Ideological Morality and Basic Law" Being Strengthened at University

The course of "cultivation of ideological morality and basic law" (hereafter referred to as CIMBL) is an important way of cultivating university students' ideas of rule of law. Cultivating university students' ideas of rule of law is the inner requirement to build a socialist country under the rule of law. The paper discusses how to cultivate university students' ideas of rule of law by strengthening the course of CIMBL. The paper firstly analyzes the four basic ideas of rule of law that should be possessed by university students. Then the paper proposes measures of effectively cultivating university students' ideas of rule of law, which is optimizing and improving teaching method of the course of CIMBL, promoting skills of agent adaptability of the course of CIMBL, and reforming the evaluation system of the course of CIMBL.
