网络社会行为与大学生心理健康教育的有效性研究

网络社会行为是当今人类社会行为的重要组成部分, 可较好地反映个体的人格特质, 并对个体心理健康状况作出预测。以大学生网络互动社区为例, 方差分析结果显示经常撰写博客日志或积极参与网络互动可提升心理健康水平并且博客传递的情绪指数有较为明显的事件及时间效应。基于此, 本文针对当前大学生心理健康工作困境, 提出了网络语境下提升大学生心理健康教育有效性的对策建议:重塑心理健康教育生态系统, 构建网络社区的隐性心理支持体系, 重视网络社会行为的挖掘与应用, 发挥网络社区的“自助—助人—互助”功能。

The Effective Education of the Psychological Health of College Students Based on Network Social Behavior

The network social behavior is an important part of the human social behavior.It can reflect the individual's personality, and make a prediction on their psychological health.Take college students interactive community in the network as an example, the analysis of the variance shows that writing blogs usually or participating in the network interaction actively can improve psychological health.The sentimental index by blogs has obvious events and time effect.Based on this, the article focuses on the working dilemma of the college students' psychological health, and puts forward the effectiveness of the psychological health education of college students, under which psychological health educational ecosystems should be reconstructed, hidden psychological supporting system of the network community will be established and people will pay much attention to the development and use of the social behavior of the network, so as to make full use of the "helping oneself-helping others-helping each other" function of the network community.
