In recent years, the accumulated problems of rural credit cooperatives in China during the course of long-term development are exposed increasingly clearly. Among them, the disordered organizational structure is particularly serious. The analytic framework based on the deputation theory points out that the ultimate way of China's rural credit cooperatives reform lies in the rearrangement of rural credit cooperatives' organizational structure. So, through clearing the relations of property right and setting up effective invigorative and property-restricted mechanism, the rural credit cooperatives in China can establish the rational administration structure and high-efficiency organizing system. These are considered the key to the reform of rural credit cooperatives in China.
