| 摘 要： | 社区管理与服务专业作为刚起步的专业,在发展过程中还存在诸多障碍,主要有专业发展空间有限、专业认可度较低、毕业生对口就业困难、专业师资力量薄弱等几方面.社区管理与服务专业发展的出路在于:加快城市社区建设,拓宽专业发展空间;充分利用各种资源,提高专业认同度;强化学校教育,提升学生的就业能力;加强师资力量建设,提高教师的执教水平.
